Client’s Agent role secured for Phased build out of 41 residential units. Two Phased Handover over 24 months. Build commening January 2010.

Refurbishment for new serviced offices 3000sq ft. Handover Octber 2009.

Solid Timber Frame has been completed. Sustainable Homes Code Level 4 and completion on program are both on target for successful delivery.
Wade Street, Bristol:
Works completed up to slab level. Timber Frame is due to be delivered w/c 27th April 2009.

Commercialisation Process Continues.
Barrow Hospital Redevelopment:
Commercial support to Planning Stages of 300 acre site continues.
Bottelinos Portishead Development -:
Plans to commence construction of superstructure in August 2009 underway.
