We provide a strong commercial and construction support arm to a major restaurant chain in the South West. Project values range up to £3 million. The construction management/package contracting provides an ideal vehicle to deliver these developments which can be new build and/or refurbishment.
In 2006 we completed the construction of Forest Green Rovers Stadium, the New Lawn in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. The ground has a 5000 capacity and was constructed for under £4 million. We delivered on time and within budget.
We have been involved in feasibility studies and planning applications with various football clubs. Identifying alternative revenue streams for the Clubs and seeing them included within the design provides a sound financial basis to form a robust business not solely dependent on gate receipts.
Commercial
We are involved in a various mixed developments with a major Restaurant chain in the South West. Delivery of quality offices meeting the requirements of budget and time is achieved.
Involvement in the securing of Outline Planning Permission and Site Clearance of a 200 acre site close to Bristol will provide potential for high specification BREAAM rated offices.
Energy
We have extensive experience inthe renewable energy sector . Solar Power (5MW Farms), Anaerobic Digestion, Air to Air Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps are just a few of the technologies we have delivered as part of recent projects.
We have provided support to major oil pipeline consultants requiring complex planning and programming overseas. We have had expertise in delivery of complex gas installations including electrically driven gas compressor stations.
