synergise consult was established in 2004 by its sole director Martin Thomas. The company has seen steady growth by continuing to attract business following successful delivery of a number of projects over the five years of trading. We have successfully delivered projects by implementing effective commercial and operational plans within the leisure, commercial, energy, automotive and residential markets for the past five years. The company is a leader in providing bespoke solutions to clients which provide additional value and minimise cost.
We can provide a one stop solution to those Clients who don’t want the operational and commercial burden of having to procure and project manage, design co-ordinate, quantity survey, then find contractors and control them. We offer all of the aforementioned with complete transparency.
Alternatively if a one stop shop isn’t required, then the necessary service whether it be Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimation or Procurement is available.
Our fee is contained within the savings made when compared to traditional contracting. The procurement route is determined by the Client’s approach to project risk. We offer a full appraisal service of the different approaches to procurement fully briefing all our Clients about all the procurement options available.
